Collaborating with CreativeClaire
Happy Friday!
As I mentioned in my previous article, I will be collaborating with CreativeClaire! You may be saying to yourself, “What is that?” Let me explain. CreativeClaire is someone that creates planning, lifestyle tracking, and other printables on Etsy. I’ve found her stuff to be incredibly helpful in my own life and so I wanted to share it with you!
I reached out to CreativeClaire because I was interested in doing a collaboration. I wanted something specifically for people with chronic illness/ people with disabilities. As someone who needs to track a wide variety of information, I was looking for a service that would help me do it. I don’t have a ton of time to create it myself. I thought partnering with someone to make this idea come into fruition was the best plan!
We don’t have a specific date in which these pages will come out but I will update you as soon as I do! I am specifically looking at tracking my hypoglycemia, Crush’s new training, and so much more! Please let me know if you have any ideas of what would make your life a little easier. That is our goal, to make life a whole lot easier by making things accessible for tracking daily. These aren’t expensive planners. You can buy them by the sheet, or a bundle. It’s completely built for you, by you!
It’s an understatement to say that I am extremely excited about this and I know CreativeClaire is too! Having to track my health has always been something I dread. I have failed time and time again to find a system that works for me. I get too exhausted to create a new one so I stop altogether. Then once my health takes a downward dive, I start that cycle over again.
Having a chronic illness is a full time job. It’s especially difficult when you’re in the discovery process of trying to pinpoint a diagnosis. I know that had I not tracked my heart rate, blood pressure, and symptoms, I likely would’ve had a more significant diagnosis delay. Tracking matters, I know that from personal experience so we’re going to make it easy!
I also am going to focus a section of this collaboration on OCD. I have been diagnosed with OCD officially for almost two years. Figuring out that I had OCD was a game changer. Before I knew what was going on, I felt like I was going crazy. Unlike a lot of therapies, OCD requires a lot of exposure therapy to help compulsions. While tracking isn’t as necessary for this, I still find it helpful as a reminder of how much progress I’ve made. I also think it’s incredibly important to process the emotions that go along with OCD and anxiety. Luckily, CreativeClaire has already got that covered! She has tons of anxiety processing journals that already exist. I’m going to work with her to create OCD specific journals but until then, if you’re struggling, I highly recommend checking those pages out!
I will give you updates as I have them. I’m so excited to share this collab with you and can’t wait to see the final product myself.
I hope that you’re having a great day. I hope your day is filled with joy, positivity, and laughter. I hope you find peace, love, and happiness.
